About D.I.K.

Why D.I.K. (Dads, Infants & Kids) exists, and who's behind it.

I'm a single father of two sons, and one of my sons has autism. I know firsthand how hard it can be to raise kids on your own.

Not all of us have the time to search the internet for hours or drive from office to office looking for help. That's why I built D.I.K. I wanted one place where single, divorced, and separated dads can find trustworthy resources quickly, so we can spend less time searching and more time with our kids.

If this site helps you even a little, it's doing what I hoped it would. Hang in there. You're not alone.

— Jerry, founder of D.I.K.

Our mission

D.I.K. helps single, divorced, and separated fathers, and fathers facing family difficulties, find trustworthy resources and support. Essential resources will always be free.

How we choose resources

  • We only list organizations and programs we can confirm through an official or reputable source.
  • Each listing shows where the information came from and when it was last checked.
  • Anything we haven't confirmed is clearly marked for review, or left out.
  • Listing a resource is not an endorsement. See our disclaimers.
